Mindful May Survey

Have you ever wondered, “Am I the only one feeling this way?” or “Why am I feeling this way?” If so, you’re probably not the only one. We teens have a lot on our plates, and it’s easy to get overwhelmed, but it doesn’t mean we can’t learn how to manage these situations and feelings.

Stress in teens and young adults has become a big headliner over the past few years, but is all the hype really accurate? I hope you will join me in answering these questions honestly. Your answers will be accumulated into a report that I am doing for May, which is Mental Health Awareness Month. The purpose of this research is to check in with teen girls and young adult to get a pulse on how they are feeling. I will share the findings as soon as I have them. Just a reminder, completing this google form is completely confidential. I do not ask for any names or emails, even I can’t see who is responding.

Click here to raise awareness for mental health and to fill out the form:

Keep in mind, more responses form better results! Feel free to share it with your friends to help me receive a broad audience.

Thank you!
