Homemade Spa
Think about this: Would it be cool is you could have a free, homemade spa, at home, any day of the week? I would love that! But now the only question is, how can we do this?
Lets take a blog trip, (a trip written on a blog). First let’s go to Lush Cosmetics. There you can get bath bombs, bath salts, body scrubs, and my favorite Philosophy cosmetics.
Philosophy is a company that makes cosmetics and beauty products with the ingredients listed right on the bottle (which is so cute, and cool).
Next go down the hall to Bath and Body Works, where you can buy perfume, lotions, candles, hand sanitizes, and more!
White Barn candles are the best! Those are the candles they sell at Bath and Body Works…
All my friends and I love those stores but, what if you could make these beautify products at home? You can, and you should. It’s a great experiment, and it treats you to a fun bath, shower, or Spa Sunday! I have links to recipes for:
Soothing bath fizzes
Sweet sugar scrub
Creative Candles
Loopy Lip Balm
They’re a lot of fun, and keep you smiling all day. BTW, I also made a YouTube video for this, so go and watch it. Channel: CHARBAR, video.
Enjoy the amazing spa day! Something that would also help is yoga. Yoga is calming and great exercise. Who does not love that? You might have not known this but yoga has it’s root in Hinduism, the religion of people in India.
Here is the definition for yoga: a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation.
I love sundaes…and Sundays, too! What better way to end a relaxing weekend than with a homemade sundae made by you. My go to recipe is below.
Thank you guys so much for all my blog email followers! If you have not email subscribed, click the link below. Love you guys!
